All applications for Study Abroad programs (including Research and Internship opportunities) require a résumé.
Your résumé should be no longer than 2 pages, unless you are a graduate student, in which case it may be no more than 3 pages. When you are writing or updating your résumé, keep in mind that it is not only your work history that is important, but the experiences which show you to be someone who is well rounded, mature and capable of living away from home for an extended period of time. This may include information about volunteer positions, language proficiency, hobbies, scholarships, etc., as well as any previous international experiences you have had, including their duration.
