University of Toronto
Transcripts of your studies at the University of Toronto are NOT required — with the exception of Killam Fellowship applicants, students registered at the Faculty of Theology, and any student registered at the University of Toronto before 1996.
For all other students, permission to access your academic records on ROSI will be requested by CIE during the application process.
Interim Grade forms
All first-year students who are enrolled in Y-credit courses, and any student factoring in-progress Y-courses into their CGPA to meet requirements, must have each of their Y-course instructors complete an Interim Grade Form.
Non-University of Toronto transcripts
Students who have attended a post-secondary institution (i.e., a technical institute, college or university) other than the University of Toronto, for whichever purpose and in whatever capacity, are required to provide official transcripts from those institutions. These transcripts must be sealed by the sending institution.
Please note that CEGEP, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement transcripts need not be provided, as they are considered to be secondary institutions for our purposes.
