Trouble Logging In?


Common problems for students:


1) You have not entered your information correctly: Your username = your student number and your password = your date of birth (DD/MM/YY).

2) You have not yet been registered: If you have not been registered it means that no one has created a profile for you on the database yet. This typically would be created by a program administrator or someone at your department. If no one at your department can do this for you please contact us and we can create a profile for you on their behalf. 

3) You forgot your updated password: When you log in the first time you are prompted to change your password, if you subsequently try logging on with your DDMMYY password, you will not be successful. If you cannot remember it please contact us to reset it.

Common problems for staff:


1) A profile has not been created for you: Please contact us and we can create a profile for your program and for you to add students to the database.
